I too have had a great experience with VIA. I have been using them for 9 months and will be using them after I move. Additionally, I have recommended them to friends and coworkers. I must admit that I have only been called by QC once in all that time though. While I'm feeling a little neglected, if I had any issues, I would've just called. |
